Design
Olympus FE-47 is available in grey or silver. The FE-47 is quite a compact camera suitable for easy single handed use. The camera has a plastic body, but is built to Nikon's usual high standard and is beautifully finished. The body shape is nice and easy to hold, with a sculpted front panel that provides a good finger grip, and a shaped and textured thumbgrip on the back. The controls are very simple, with large single-function buttons. The large 2.7" LCD features an extra-wide viewing angle and anti-glare technology for easier composing and shooting even in direct, bright sunlight.

Perfect Fix makes perfect pictures possible by activating two different editing features, post shot, to correct red-eye, and lighting. What?s more, you can even shoot VGA movies with sound and share them with all your friends over YouTube. For a budget point-and-click camera the FE-47 actually performs reasonably well. It is incredibly simple to use, and will produce good quality pictures under a wide range of circumstances with a minimum of user input. It is well made, easy to handle and even look good. It won't suit more experienced photographers, but for anyone looking for a simple point-and-shoot it is excellent.
